• Child: ( 6 - 11 years old ):  JPY 13,400
• Extra charge for single occupancy:  JPY 4,000

ITINERARY

One day before

Train tickets and itineraries are delivered to your hotel at least one day prior to your departure.

Day 1: Nagoya - Hakone

8:20-9:40am

Nagoya Station (Kodama/ 130 mins) Odawara Station

After arrival, you are free at leisure. Transfer to Hakone En Lakeside Annex on your own.

Day 2: Hakone - Nagoya

Free at your leisure until departure.

5:30-6:40pm

Odawara Station (Kodama/130 mins)

7:40-8:50pm

The tour will disband upon arrival at Nagoya Station.

REMARKS

1. You cannot designate the departure/arrival time, nor the train seat.
2. Please note that your Shinkansen tickets will not be reissued or replaced if you lose them after receipt. In those circumstances, you will have to purchase normal tickets at your own expense.
3. This tour is offered to travelers from overseas only.
4. You need to arrange your own transfer between Odawara Station and Hakone. (It takes 80 minutes and costs JPY 1,270 by local bus as of July 2010.)
5. Triple rooms are not available at The Prince Hakone Main Building.
Train & Hotel Package Remarks
1. Transportation fees covered by the tour include the one-way or round trip fare on the designated train. All other fees will be personally borne.
2. For the purpose of sending tickets, please make your reservations no later than noon two days before the desired departure date.
3. If you need to make any changes after making reservations, please call no later than eight business days before your departure date.
4. If you decide to cancel the tour after receiving your tickets, please send the tickets back to Sunrise Center.
5. This tour is offered to travelers from overseas only.
6. About tour price remarks
* Single supplement: Conditional fee when booking single-occupancy rooms.
* Please note that when the date of stay at the hotel is a blackout date, the tour will not be operated.
